Tariff for Winter Season 2011/2012*

Facilities Included:
Purpose-built conference room, use of five additional rooms for syndicate work, TV, VCR, Data (LCD), overhead and 35mm slide projectors, screens, whiteboards, flipcharts, display stands, broadband Internet access, dedicated BT line with phone/fax, wireless internet access, use of Douneside House Leisure Centre.

Terms and Conditions
*The 2011-2012 conference season extends from 10 October 2011 until 4 April 2011 (Christmas, New Year & Easter excluded). Outside this period, Douneside is used as a holiday country house for officers of the Armed Forces and their families.

Rates quoted are for a minimum of 10 delegates and are exclusive of VAT, which is chargeable at the standard rate. A cancellation fee is payable if a reservation is made and not taken up where the accommodation cannot be re-let; the fee depends on the notice given as follows:

Accounts are payable within 14 days of presentation of invoice
