Our 3 AA Rosette Head Chef, David Butters, will create a special 6-course tasting menu for these evenings, showcasing a variety of expertly crafted dishes that have been created exclusively for the event. He will personally introduce each dish, explaining the provenance of its ingredients and the cooking methods used. Our Sommelier will then provide a brief history on his choice of accompanying wines, explaining why each vintage perfectly complements the dish being served.
