Our 3 AA Rosette Head Chef, David Butters, will create a special 6-course tasting menu for these evenings, showcasing a variety of expertly crafted dishes that have been created exclusively for the event. Our Sommelier will introduce each dish, explaining the provenance of its ingredients, followed by a brief history on his choice of accompanying wines, explaining why each vintage perfectly complements the dish being served.
